open studios

Studio Sessions

Mondays 10am – 1pm

Come along to our studios and work on your own art projects. Studio Sessions are not workshops. It is unstructured creative time at our studios for you to focus on your creative work. It is a great way to get together with like-minded creatives. We have a light-filled studio in Camperdown and some art supplies such as pencils, paper and paint. We encourage you to bring your own materials if you have a specific project in mind.  A Roomies studio supervisor will be onsite to help you set up and creatively encourage you.  Please note if you require a personal carer you will need to arrange that.Entry by Gold coin donation.

We’re back & Covid safe: We are so happy to invite you back into our studios to get creative. You will need to check in onsite, wear a mask and work within our covid safe guidelines.

Roomies Arts has a beautiful studio at Art Camp in Camperdown, one of  Inner West Council’s Creative Space Residency Studios.

We run art and professional development workshops as well as unstructured creative time for small groups as well as 1:1.  If you identify as living with a disability or mental health concern please get in touch with us to see how we can support you in your art practice.

Access: Our studio is accessible including ramp access from Australia Street and Camperdown Park

Fees: Our fees alter for each project.
